How It Works
You will be guided into a deeply relaxed state using breathwork, mindfulness, and gentle hypnotic induction. While in this state, you remain aware and in control, yet deeply connected to your inner wisdom. The Higher Self orchestrates the journey—selecting the life, revealing its lessons, and facilitating healing.
After the session, you’ll have time to discuss and integrate what you experienced. Many people describe feeling lighter, more aligned, and filled with peace and insight.
